We collect the following information when you use KalZen:

• Email address and name (from account registration)
• Workout logs (exercises, sets, reps, weight)
• Nutrition entries (food items, calories, macros)
• Body weight entries
• Profile preferences (weight unit, theme, coaching style)

We do not store payment card data. All payment processing is handled by Razorpay and governed by their privacy policy.

We use your data to:

• Provide and improve the KalZen app features
• Generate AI-powered training insights personalised to your logs
• Improve the product over time

We do not sell your data to third parties.

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted in Singapore. AI features use the Google Gemini API — your workout and nutrition data may be sent to Google for processing as part of generating insights.

KalZen uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Google Gemini — AI insight generation
• Razorpay — payment processing
